Logan & Mason

I did a lot of research before buying this quilt and was initially really happy with it. Unfortunately, it didn’t even last 12 months. The filling has completely shifted and bunched up at one end, especially around the edges where it isn’t sectioned /compartmentalised. There’s no even coverage anymore and it honestly feels like sleeping under a lightweight sheet.
I contacted the company and they apologised, saying they’d send a replacement as a goodwill gesture. They also suggested putting it in the dryer for 30 minutes to help redistribute the filling. I tried that, but it didn’t make a difference. The fluff is gone.
If you're looking for a long lasting, quality quilt, I’d say this isn’t it. It’s more of a quick fix that looks nice at first but wears out quickly. I’m now back on the hunt for a replacement.
Elastic losing its stretch – I bought a Logan and Mason super king size sheer set approx 6 months ago. After that short time the elastic has lost its elasticity. I contacted Logan and Mason and they sent me washing instructions and they say they had never heard of the elastic losing its stretch. Avoid this product and this company, as it of poor quality and has no back up from the manufacturer
Shrinkage – Have washed in cold water, your 1000 count sheets twice. The bottom sheet just goes on but doesn’t really come down the mattress properly. Top sheet just above the bottom of the mattress. The length, when is at the head of the bed on the edge, the bottom before it’s tucked in touches the floor. Conclusion, fitted sheets need another 30 cm both ways and the top sheet needs another meter in width to allow for this shrinkage.
Beautiful to sleep on, but so “p”sd about the shrinkage
