Don’t buy Logitech products. If you lose or damage the little usb receiver for your headphones that cost a small fortune, after 2yrs they refuse to even find one for you to purchase because it’s no longer under warranty. Avoid!!!!!! Zero customer service, zero product support. I imagine it’s the same pathetic response for all products needing that little receiver/ dongle. Buy a more reliable brand. absolutely crap – The keyboard was rubbish. The keys fell off and my typing speed dropped by twenty wpm. It was a MK295 Silent Wireless Combo and DO NOT BUY!!!!!, unless you want a keyboard that was built by a three year old. Show details

Still under warrenty, but with lockdown, that is not a whole lot of help.

uninstall and reinstall the software. I have done that. They continuously fail to address the specific issues i raise. They have software that works. Why will they not provide that original software?
