Don’t buy Logitech products. If you lose or damage the little usb receiver for your headphones that cost a small fortune, after 2yrs they refuse to even find one for you to purchase because it’s no longer under warranty. Avoid!!!!!! Zero customer service, zero product support. I imagine it’s the same pathetic response for all products needing that little receiver/ dongle. Buy a more reliable brand. Sony, etc. Show details

No support service – Purchased Logitech a product. Some technical issues occurred and contacted the support service. Totally waste of time. No meaningful support at all. They just tossed me around for over a month and no answer, no suggestion and no solution. The worst thing is they don't have willing to support customers. If you think this is not the right service,… Read more

better to return the product as soon as possible and find a better product. or report consumer affairs.

M337 mouse – Update from October 2021. Still trying to get any tech support, any answer or any actual contact from this useless company. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere. Any problems, once they have your money, and you are on your own. I bought this wireless mouse on the 26/07/2021. On the day 05/08/2021 it randomly started to freeze while I was… Read more

using it and it is doing it right now. I tried using the online help where I discovered the fantastic news that the bot wanted to charge me $5 to use the help chat.

Guess what? I didn't.

Still under warrenty, but with lockdown, that is not a whole lot of help.

Fails to provide correct software – Purchase G402 gaming mouse. It worked and was great. Had to replace hard drive. Logitech refuses to provide the original software that the mouse came with. The replacement software GHUB does not work. For example - unable to program buttons. Says its capable of detecting which game - and changing profile. It doesnt. The support just keeps says… Read more

uninstall and reinstall the software. I have done that. They continuously fail to address the specific issues i raise. They have software that works. Why will they not provide that original software?
