Can I still change from Lombard to skye?

I’ve just discovered after many failed attempts of using my card after putting $2000 on it for purchases, that Lombard has been taken over. I was never notified and when I called they said they sent an email which I never received. Will I be able to transfer to the new company and use my credit card anymore??
Hi I want to fully pay out my Lombard credit card. I have been trying to call them for two weeks, have requested a call back and sent an email but still no luck. Most unreputable company around. How can I speak to someone to get my payout figure and be rid of them?
when you ring up, press the number that takes you to the "make a payment" option, rather than customer service. you should get someone pretty quick. i was on hold for an hour waiting to talk to someone, then gave up, called back, pressed the option to pay a bill and 2 min later was talking to someone.

I received an email saying that your company will be taken over by a company called sky master card and I have until the 6th June to change otherwise I will need to arrange payments for direct debit however I only saw this message today and it’s the 11th June so all I wish to do is pay out the remainder of this card and then cancel it I do not wish to Create a new credit card. There is no number to call to arrange this as i am unsure who I pay now and the 1300 number for Lombard I can not get through who do I set these new payments to and is there a number to do this??

Hello i no Lombard finance is closing an i received a email to transfer to skye but it say error code em 80
Is the error code when you accepted the offer or tried to log in to the skye account? I got the error when trying to log into the skye account....14 working days and my issue is still not resolved. I transferred from lombard, never had such issues before. Have you contacted lombard or skye? Hence waiting hours for the phone to be answered.
I seem to keep getting the run around that their IT department is looking into it, but its been way too long for a computer issue.
I have actually made a formal complaint as they are in breach of not following my intructions or proving me with my account access.
I’m not sure about the meaning of the error code. I am of the beliefs that the change to Skye is simply because the Lombard brand has such an appalling reputation that it needed to be completely rebranded. And I was fearful that any of the new arrangements had too much potential of being mismanaged by them, so I found a way to pay out my balance and close the account before the 21 June changeover.
Why are you unable to change a PIN number for the card in 2019 without reissuing a whole new card and pin. With all my other accounts I can easily change or setup a pin online!

I make payments every week on my Lombard credit card and just saw they charge me $2.50 for this. Is this allowed, that means I am have paid the $100 in the past few months for paying my account?

I have just purchased a product from one of your accredited retailers.
I used an existing card which we have retained from a past purchase...I just used the card to pay. Do I get a six month interest free? The purchase was over $2,000??

Hay just wondering can you use lonbard at harvey norman or super amart?
Check their website. Be careful though. My experience is Lombard Finance do not honour their offers.
You can use the card but make sure to check there offers or speak to customer service and record the conversation, as they will do everything not to honour it.
