Satisfied customer - When I first walked into their store I had a comfortable feeling. They have a separate area to sit discuss and view the items of jewelry I wished to sell. We discussed the items as they were checked for the current gold value, weight & design. I did not feel intimidated as they went through their process and I felt I was given an honest fair price. I definitely would recommend their friendly & reliable service.

Bad experiment – Not happy with the services, I was there selling some jewels, I felt like I've been pushed and the buyer seems very impatient, not very friendly, question and checking on me like policeperson with no respect, I should go somewhere else instead, not recommend it.

Disgusting service! – Disgusting service Extremely rude, obnoxious and dishonest! I was served by the owner who assumed I knew nothing about the items I wanted to sell. prices for each item, he started yelling at me and just kept asking me how much money do I need " for ALL" what I have. Offers a ridiculously low amount without even checking the weight of the items, then told me go somewhere else and he may beat their offer. With such an awful attitude this person should not be working with customers! What a bad customer service! Would not trust this business what so ever. Stay away and go elsewhere!!!

Loans – Just a tip for anyone wanting to borrow money against goods, go elsewhere! The people at London Loans are very nice so this is not a personal attack. There are other places in Southport and Labrador that will offer 12-13% where London Loans charge a whopping 25% and won't budge even for previous clients with a excellent record. Very disappointing. So to everyone ask and except no more than 13% or go elsewhere, you will get it.
