Poor quality – Unfortunately, all the T-shirts I purchased have lost their shap and stretched/twisted after the first wash. It looks like the fabric was cut wrongly to start with. If you allign the neck and shoulders - the sides don't allign properly. If you align the side sims, the neck opening is all twisted.... wont let you change / cancel order once placed – I realized I had ordered the wrong size only ten minutes after I made my on line order and email their customer support to ask to cancel the order and was told once the order was placed nothing could be done, Zero stars for customer service. they take your money and that's all. Horrible material – Couldnt use it as an exercise top, material doesnt breath... cant use it as a fashion top, material doesnt breath, clings to skin and feels like wearing sandpaper. Yuk, wont buy again. Show details

Great quality and surprised on how quickly the item arrived – I purchased a Boys tee, for my 5yr old Son. The shirt is perfect condition, great quality. I was happy when I opened the package held the shirt up and thought to my self, wow that's much nicer than I was expecting. Instead of just liking it when I first purchased this item, I love it. Absolute Joke – Purchased goods on the Lonsdale website totalling $300. 3 weeks later I am still waiting so I decided to call their customer service to ask where my order was. would receive the goods within a few days. A week passes with no order in sight... I contact them once again and they apologise and advise several sale items I initially purchased are no longer in stock so I will receive a refund on those items and my order will definitely be sent. Another week goes by and still nothing. I call again this time very upset and was told they were not sure where my order was. I receive a call back several days later and was given tracking details. The Australia Post website showed that the tracking details were not even valid! I call again and was told just to wait and see if my order shows up. Still no order in sight... this time one of the girls stays in touch with me via email to ensure I receive my goods. A week and half later I finally receive the order. This company is an absolute disgrace, I will never ever again purchase from them. It took 6 and a half weeks to receive the order which they could not even forfill properly. The many times I contacted them and time taken was ridiculous. Shame on them, never again!!!

Do not buy anything online! – Good products, but don't waste your time on the Lonsdale website. I purchase boxing gloves and they sent me two right-handed gloves - so I returned the item at my own expense and asked for an exchange, whereupon they just refunded my money and refuse to answer my support emails. So I'm now $13 out of pocket for return shipping (as they force customers to pay to return incorrect items!!!) and nothing to show for it. Waste of money and time.

Black fluff all over the house from Lonsdale kids track pants – Wow - looked good, but poor quality! Black fluff from inside kids Lonsdale track pants. I washed gym before use, but had to vacuum the house to pick up all the fluff that came off the inner lining. Expected more from a good brand - guess that's what happens to quality control when manufactured o/s - China.

15% refund which never came through. Whereas, The Iconic, ASOS, Catchoftheday, Glue stores all have proper shipping procedures and are super fast, maybe lonsdale australia might learn a thing or two from them because there shipping department are absolutely clueless.

Even in store they hire young people with no customer service skills what so ever to represent there brand.

Absolutly brilliant :) – Best boxing brand ever!! Even though they have a completly different range to what they have in England, there Australian products are the best you will ever find. Note: like all great things you have to look after them well otherwise they will not be as durable as they could. wouldn't cost anywhere near the amount they sell it for, to produce it. They don't have many stores nearby, making it difficult to buy on a regular basis. The shops are generally small, so they aren't able to stock much for one particular age/gender group.
