came, it was obvious their internal team had forgotten the issue I had carefully explained. Their conclusion? A refurbished Apple Watch only needs to last “a little over a year” to be considered reasonable. Their “solution”? A $20 discount if I buy again.

Loop Mobile’s customer service is slow, forgetful, and dismissive, and their idea of reasonable durability for a refurbished product is absurdly low. If you want a product that actually works or a company that respects its customers, avoid Loop Mobile entirely.

Sent my phone back due to being faulty and they won’t give me any answers or updates. No I have no phone and no money, customer service keeps saying they will contact the relevant department. No one gives any answers. The phone came with a fake looking screen and a poor battery too. I would never buy from them again Show details

I would steer clear. Initially, my experience was good; the phone was in excellent condition, 100% battery life, etc. However, after using it for a while, it started rebooting itself every 2-3 days and then the screen started bulging. sorted, expecting a suitable resolution. That's when it all started going downhill. After a few copy and paste responses from them, ignoring what I'd sent, they eventually read my message and sent me a return label. I sent the phone back in the original packaging and waited... and waited. I reached out to check what's going on and again, I got a generic response. We're now at almost 2 weeks and no sign of any resolution.

iPhone - poor quality, clearly no multi check inspection prior to sale – Paid top dollar ($1480) for an iPhone 14 Pro in "excellent" condition. The phone began having issues from its first use. How could this have passed their multi check system prior to sale???

Returns waste time, time without phone impacts by business and perps al life...waste of time. Buyers beware.

Will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Faulty product, worse service – Ordered a watch and was faulty with a very short battery life and wouldn’t sync properly to the phone when receiving a call. I posted it back and they said they’d refund me for it but don’t seem to want to process the refund and provide very minimal contact. so that was all fine the device took awhile to get back to them but once tracking indicated they received it I then let them know via email direct to Loop itself but then never heard back a word after a few days but once I jumped on eBay and made a query through them the refund was almost instant so perhaps they took a bit of nudging but all ok. The phone itself was okay purchased on a "very good condition" basis perhaps a few more scratches than I would've liked but certainly not the worst I have seen.

after receiving). Also sent a supporting email to Loop asking if they can send the actual order (as it should still be in stock) and to assist in sorting the issue out as it's Christmas.

Response issued following day. Not much they can do they say, takes 4/5 days turn around to process refund once the device is in their posession (no express post returns during Christmas) and we can only re - supply if we have the stock (this was the last of this series device in any colour and this size/cellular in any condition, so I cant buy the same one, they do however have the next series up!

Deeply disappointed really, they couldnt care less, zero empathy. I was hoping they might provide a solution, or actually check if they have the device I actually purchased in stock or maybe offer a slight discount on the next series up that I could purchase before my refund occurs so another would arrive in the same timeframe, say a similar spec unit but maybe a different colour! Nope.. Just a random seemingly templated response. Annoyingly this is a Christmas gift, we're about 4 days out so will have to sort something else out in the interim.

A solution in my mind could have been offered but wasnt even considered by this lack lustre group. Avoid.. If it was any other time of year, I'd probably quite simply understand. I guess if you dont need to create a lasting impression or a reputation with a customer anymore then ignorance must be bliss. So glad review pages exist for that reason.

iPhone 14 with a visible chip to the edge of the camera. Although phone was free to return I am now being told they don't have either the invoiced or original listed model in stock even though showing as available on other websites. I would recommend not buying from Loopmobile via Kogan due to false advertising and incorrect products sent. I would have given zero stars but no option to do so

time. In my instance they haven’t responded in 10 days. Have also requested an upgraded phone to iPhone 11 Pro Max whereby I was willing to pay the difference and still they have ignored me. No phone, no warranty, no response and no update. Very unreliable. Such an inconvenience without any care factor from the team whatsoever. Seems they don’t care about their customers, hence this has taken over two weeks to be resolved.

gone wrong but no, you have to click 'description' to have the little hint pop up that it is infact a refurbished phone for that price.

For a refurbished phone its not bad. A few small scratches on the back, but that is an easy fix once my phone case arrives. However i would have liked to know from the get go that it was a 2nd hand phone, as that is false advertising to show it as 'new' when it isn't new. I attempted to contact dicksmith about this & they just connected me to loop which connected me to a bot.

Another issue i noticed now is after i got my hands on a wireless charger for it, the USB they supply you with is not even correct. The wattage is wrong, and its not even a USB-C. I don't know what this is, some kind of chinese knockoff? But it BARELY fits into USB slots, so it seems they want you to damage your phone with i assume untested USB's.

I thankfully have a spare to use for now but i'll need to get some official USB's to use the charger specifically. It is annoying that the USB they even supply you with doesn't really work. I suggest you be careful.

I have found that their description of the condition matches and usually exceeds my expectation. When I have had problems the customer service really worked hard to come to the best outcome for everyone.
