Incorrect delivery – I ordered a rug from lost design society and received the wrong one, They then said that I would have to go out of my way to wrap it up and print out a label for their courier to pick it up. They told me what day they would pick it up so I canceled my plans and waited around for them to pick it up only for them to call me to say that they wouldn’t… Read more
be able to until the following day. They offered no compensation and said if there was no one home I would have to pay to get another delivery driver to pick it up. I work in customer service and there was no help provided and I will never be ordering anything from them again.
Not happy with the purchase – I ordered the wrong color by mistake and they wouldn't help change it. Said they will charge me way too much
I’m in love with it. It’s perfect – Ordered online after I saw one of their rugs in a friends home. Excellent quality and amazing value. I got the estate brick rug 290 x 200 and it’s perfect. I was expecting to have to pay over $350 for a rug that size and be skimping on quality but this is just beautiful.
Colour looks completely different to website, complaint ignored – Colour looks completely different to website, and when I wrote to complain they basically dismissed me telling me they stated on the description that there "may be some colour variation" due to technology...
Inconsistent colouring – Purchased 2 of same rug in different sizes for same room. Totally different colouring which is very obvious and no offer of replacement. Told it would be treated as change of mind, not faulty and would incur costs to return. Delivery was great but service after sale not what I would class as customer satisfaction. Beware if wanting to purchase more than 1 rug.
Very Happy – I was initially hesitant to purchase from Lost Design due to no showroom to view the product before buying. I was also concerned about a lack of independent reviews online. rugs are very reasonably priced and I am completely satisfied with the quality in terms of value for money. Communication from lost design was excellent, with regular email updates about where the transaction was up to and delivery was super fast. Within a couple of days I was straight back online to order another rug for my hallway. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Excellent service and product – Ordered my rug- mist alpine transitional rug- through online store. Had regular emails to inform me of the delivery process. Arrived at my home quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Rug looks just like photo and I am so happy with the quality. Would definitely recommend.
