WORST DOOR COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA – My experience with lotus doors is nothing but an experience of working with people who don’t know what they are doing and are happy ripping the client off at any stint possible. Do yourselves a favour and don’t use this company because they by far the worst company in customer service I ever seen.

Very disappointing – They have done nothing but ignore calls and place products up for sale when the product is ordinary and weak.

Terrible Delivery and Customer Experience – We are currently working with LOTUS and have had a terrible frustrating experience. Their salesman sells you the dream but cant deliver on anything. All phonecalls and emails are left unanswered and as a result our project has gone into delay. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are wanting to install operable walls.

Poor customer service – We live in the eastern suburbs of sydney , the salesman was hopeless. When originally quoting for the work he was very helpful and seemed extremely knowledgable .As our job needed additional work , we required more detail. The salesman makes lots of promises but does not deliver .He does not return calls or emails. We decided after 6 months that although we liked the product we cannot deal with the salesman and there is no one to escalate our complaint to. Looks like a good product Poor customer service. Unreliable salesman.

Lotus doors ..a decent product but a woeful salesman – Last year (early 2012) we used this company in Sydney. Lots of doors, very expensive but an OK product. The salesman ([name removed]) almost made us ditch the whole project. He is everything (un)professional. In person he seems plausible but in practice he is a nightmare and you will have to work very hard to get your job done. He promises timelines and communication that he has no intention of delivering. We worried that the whole company might be shonky. In the end we wished we had gone elsewhere. It was not worth the hassle. Friends recently asked for the name of the company we used and I just bit my tongue. The product itself is classy enough. Unprofessional service.
