Dr John Relic – Lotus Dermatology excels in all aspects of skin care, Dr John Relic is an exceptional dermatologist. John has been my Specialist for several years and has a fantastic bedside manner, having worked in healthcare for over 35 years and worked with specialists you would not find a better specialist than John as he listens and is very thorough in his examination. My daughter Kirsty Wark was a dermatology registrar at Lotus and now is a fully qualified Dermatologist who also works along side John at Lotus Dermatology. If you need to see a Dermatologist I recommend Dr John Relic at Lotus Dermatology.

Excellent Service – My doctor requested an urgent appointment with Dr Amiri. Upon ringing them, I was treated with care and consideration by the member of staff. I explained my situation , and she kindly said there was a waiting list, but she would ask Dr Amiri if he had looked at my referral and would contact me. That same day, she rang me back and said they had fitted me in within the requested two week time frame. My appointment was yesterday, 16/2/23 The two staff members behind the desk were caring and courteous. I filled out the obligatory form, and was seen within 20 minutes. Dr Amiri was professional and caring. Whilst there, he examined me very thoroughly, and confirmed my diagnosis was non life threatening and put in place a regular skin check, every six months alternating between my doctor and himself.

Very professional but friendly practice – The front desk staff were friendly and obliging. I had to have a procedure which is always a bit concerning, however Dr Claudia Hadlow was the first Doctor I saw and she was so kind and personable, she also gave me the local unaesthetic and it was done so well, painless, hardly felt anything. Dr John Relic did the procedure and he is very professional and got the job done quickly and without stress. The nurses and staff who did the dressing and gave the post procedure advice were very friendly and kind.

Average Service at Sky High Price – My first appointment included a skin biopsy and I was charged $408.50. I only received a rebate of $120.15 from Medicare. My second appointment was about ten minutes and I was charged 195.00 from which I was only rebated $37.70. This would appear to be the same rebate as from a GP.
