Item never sent Dont buy anything – Having paid for a locket and express postage they provided me with a shop tracking app which I found odd however I downloaded it . I logged into it and even 1 week later it shows no history of my order .It is just an app but not connected to any account .They never provided the link to ajoin a tracking number . which is even worse I contacted their customer service multiple times through email and they have not responded over the week I had paid $20 express shipping for the locket on top of the price I then contacted them again hoping they would reply for an Australian post tracking number which they should have but still have not received a reply for a week now $100 gone . A legit shop and company would get back to you with a business day or 2 at most . Beware stay away from Love lockets.au it an obvious scam now to me.

Product never received – I placed an order for a locket 1 month ago and never received the product. They have taken my $50 and not responded to any emails nor do they have a contact number. This website is a scam.

not happy – I have ordered an item from Love Lockets 14 days ago. Have not heard anything since.I wanted to check how far the delivery has gone but can not ring up anyone as there is no phone number.I have already sent 4 messages but have not heard back. Awful customer service – I love my love locket necklace and purchased one for my bestfriend, sister and neice. When the wristlets came out my husband ourchased me one for christmas, it was very pretty and I loved it........ However I would not reccomend these wristlets at all. fell out of the top and I lost all of my charms so beware of this of you purchase one. I. Contacted love lockets and when I finally got a response after posting a negative comment on facebook I was offered a replacement. This was on the 29th January 2019, I was happy with being offerred a replacement as I really did like the jewelly. However after multiple attempts to contact Love Lockets about the replacement and a tracking number I had no response. It is tje 26th Feburary and I have not received the promised replacement and have not had any response to my attempts at contact. I made negative comments on their fb oage which were promptly deleted, this companybis more concerned with their public image over customer service
