Don’t go near Lovia Melbourne – This is a front for a Chinese based distributor. They have very similar webpages around the world. Look up GravityLA. The Lovina webpage says the company was started by Caroline and her daughter Olivia. It all looks professional etc but the reality is it’s pretty much a scam. shiny polyester blouses which bore no resemblance to the ad. I tried for a refund. Eventually I had a response that I’d have to return the items to China at my cost. Postage was going to be $36 on a $111 purchase. Many emails later they refused to give me a prepaid return label so I made a claim through my NAB Visa card. sent a return lable for a return address in China. I duly followed all of their return/refund policy instructions and returned the items via express post on 19th November 2024. I have been trying to contact the customer service people ever since to find out about my refund but I have either been fobbed off, or I have received no response to my emails. It remains to be seen if I ever get my money back but either way, the return/refund process has been very long and very difficult and I urge people not to use or order from the LOVIA MELBOURNE website as I believe this business is a SCAM. I also believe they are operating within Australia under different business names. Beware any websites that give the impression they are an Australian busness but do not list their contact details or have an Australian address listed on their website as, like LOVIA MELBOURNE, they are likely to be a SCAM.
