Then the hydraulic swager they supplied started to run out of steam half way through the project, and I only asked about servicing it, but they sent a replacement by return. most of the goods for a reduced rate so as not to muck Low Cost Wire around; Scott Stacey instead offered a full refund and said that it was “no problem at all” and “just part of the service”; even though there was no chance of repeat business (as it was a one off project for me). I have never encountered such high business ethics. I do not know Scott personally and have not even met him; only dealing with him over the phone.
