Placed an online order on the 30th June. Have been following up with emails chasing it. Told via email on two occasions that it would be followed up. Today got sick of waiting and called the store in NSW. Told it will be packaged up and sent today, should get in a week or so! Have requested express postage but couldn't even guarantee that. kaput folks. If you have a local store and can grab a bargain and are happy to go direct to manufacturer for warranty, go for it. BTW, the item I was after was only listed online, so couldn't buy. Apparently there is 1 left but would have to go to that store to collect. Hoping this helps some folks from a hassle.

I live in the US, and I ordered a bunch of 10mm sockets of various sorts for my daughter (who lives in AU) to turn into a necklace for my son-in-law. They arrived at her place quickly, and she strung them together on a leather string. Everyone had a good laugh when he opened his present, and it will be at least a couple of years before he runs out 10mms.

Great Service and communication about the product and the delivery. We received the product very quickly only a few days from ordering to receiving. I have not unpacked the item as yet as it is a present, so hopefully the product lives up to the rest of the service.

Order S155723 was delivered promptly and the item (a knife/chisel sharpening machine) was as good as the advertisement. Spent the evening sharpening all of my chisels and some of my kitchen knives. A great investment which allow me to keep all of my tools sharp and ready to use.

the carry case had no outer wrapping or box, which leads me to believe this was an open box or display model. Also, it was shipped in a simple plastic bag. Considering the weight and value of this item, I think a cardboard box wouldn't been more appropriate packaging. I'm taking one star off because of that.

Ordered a Makita mower from Tools Warehouse in December 2024. Showed as in stock, but then told it was on back order until March, 2025. I said I would wait as it was a good deal. weeks and no issue with supply. Tools Warehouse refuse to supply the product and tried offering me a cheaper alternative Makita mower or a refund which I refuse. Many emails and weeks go on trying to get the mower I order and I finally give in and request the refund in late April. Now we are almost in June 2025 and they still haven't issued the refund after many emails. Their stores aren't able to assist with any online orders and I can't call anyone from their online team to speak with. Now involving Fair Trading to attempt to get this sorted. By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Don't buy here, if you order something it may take months to arrive if at all, they are selling stock they don't have. You cannot contact customer support, emails do not get responded to and the "stores" nothing to do with them, it's the warehouse. Been dealing with this for 22 weeks so far.

Very poor service! It's been 21 days and still not received. You're email wanting a review expecting I'd received my item by now got here before my item did!!. I purchased from you because you stated the item was in stock. You blew it. Unless I really have to, I won't be doing business with you again as a result of this experience! later, emailed them again. Its been three months and this is still not resolved. Asked for my money back....guess what.... no response. If you try and ring a shop, they tell you the warehouse distributes the items and has nothing to do with the individual stores.

Guess I just blew $280 , Not giving p though.

had already received a refund when I asked for a full refund - I was never refunded (imagine that) - Multiple promises that a refund was in progress most recently with the 'accounts' team and then radio silence with no refund

If that's not the definition of theft or a scam then I don't know what is. Be warned and do not spend your money here - this is not a trustworthy business.
