Took a long time to be delivered. There was a mistake on the order which was probably my fault. I detected this almost immediately and informed you with a correction. I received a reply that you could not find my order and requesting an order number which I immediately sent to you. I heard nothing more and ultimately received the original order.
Ordered 4 of Tools Warehouse G clamps, as my old ones are just that, old and no longer good to use. These ones are a lot better quality, a great price and delivered in record time. I will definitely return to buy tools from here again. Thankyou. Show details
Very fast service however I got sent the wrong item I then contacted them, I sent the item back it then took 6 weeks to receive the correct item. Also started off good with replying to emails then they stopped.

A great product exactly as described. Promptly delivered, and great value for money by anyone's assessment. Staff were great to deal with and easily assisted with a change of delivery address.
Follow-up · To answer queries raised, the item was an automotive low profile floor jack, the staff assisted in a phone enquiry when it was necessary to change the delivery address, as their courier could not deliver to a PO Box, which regrettably their system didn't sort out in the first place, and yes the new address was proximate to the original one (less than 5 km). Placed my order and was told quickly it was shipped and will arrive in 1-2 days. 2 days later order not arrived and tracking showed StarTrack tracking number but it hadn't been picked up. 4 days later order still hadn't been picked up. I give 4 stars before the star track service is extremely good, was very disappointed with linisher did not come with a hook and loop pad like the other ones I purchased, these are an extra $30 so with the cost of postage you are paying around a $100 more which does not make it a very good deal.
