Great customer service, very poor design – Update 09-2025. My replacement L20 is now operating erratically like the first one after a few months. What a horrible product. There are definite design flaws/ manufacturing defects in this and the company isn’t interested in obtaining the dysfunctional vacuum to investigate what’s going wrong. Don’t ever buy lublulu crap. 02-2025. I've changed this review based on my experience with Lubluelu customer service on eBay. When this device failed I was sceptical about the customer service I would receive given I had purchased through eBay, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quick communication. Although the recommended solutions went around in circles and I had to demand a replacement in the end, they were always communicating. I understand things can fail, so I was happy to bump up my experience based on the service. Hopefully this replacement will last longer. Thanks for not making it too painful a process.

Only about 6 months old and it's had barely any use. It's going crazy not vacuuming in straight lines like it used to. The making is all wobbly and not what you'd expect. There's some software issue. I've cleaned everything. So much for precision lidar I have been chatting with the manufacturer and they are attempting to help although they are giving me instructions for a different model and not mine so their staff aren't that great...I'll see how things pan out.
