I must admit this seemed good for the money when I bought it but quickly disappointed. It kept dropping the WiFi network and was a pain to get back on. Have since upgraded to something different, and yes more expensive, but well worth it. Show details

I've had one for a year. Suddenly it stopped connecting and could not be added to the app. I reset and reinstalled to no avail. I contacted customer service, and they asked what it said on the app, and I told them it wasn't connecting to the app. They just stop replying... Show details ·  2

Follow-up  · Lubluelu has contacted me and sent a whole new unit, which works well. They apologized for taking so long to reply as well...

Simply FABULOUS ! ... we go out & it 'does its thing'. Amazingly wonderful at vacuuming. I haven't used as I don't need the mop feature . Value for money 10/10 .. and I can set & check progress from the app. Show details

We ordered this vacuum through Temu just after Xmas and it is absolutely amazing. We live by a main road and have 3 cats 2 of which are Maine coons so fluff city. I run, (Lulu) as we call her, twice a day and it's a game changer. Do yourself a favour and get yours! Show details

Very happy – First edit. Ive had my new toy for 3 weeks and still very much in love. So, I have a 2 bedroom unit and vacuum does all but one rolm that we dont use. I have crappy old worn carpet, vinyl kitchen/dining floors and like 2cm lifts into laundry, bathroom & toilet. After unpacking, set her up to charge. Took give or take 3 hours. App came up when… Read more

taking photo. Couldn't use my email so used my second one to set up. I pressed sweep button in app and just her go. It just started mapping the place out till it was low, about 35 minutes and went back on charge. I intend to just do this for the first few days till place is fully mapped so I can play. With incomplete mapping, cleaning times vary from 30-45 minutes. Learning what to move & where it gets stuck to prevent it happening again. Its only mapping living areas and no bedrooms for now. After 4 runs, I have a pic of its mapping and I've learned how to separate, merge, name and plan. Its so fun to fiddle with. Want to learn how to get to vacuum first than mop after pending battery. Only downside so far is one of the brushes gets stuck on a pedestal fan. It comes off the vacuum. 3 weeks later: I have had to move the vacuums dock. Original spot has a curtain, didn't go well. Second spot was even worse. Found a better spot that works. Maps just find when you change location. Took about a week of back to back vscuuming to clean the floors...like I'd set it off and after it finished and went back on charge, I'd set it off after 100%. Took like a week to no longer have full dust bin. I've got a good schedule, she vacuums my daughters room at 9am, than vacuums the carpeted areas at 10am than the kitchen/dining at 11am and bathroom/toilet at 12pm. Mops on sat night and sun night. I absolutely love it. I hope to buy the big dock later on!

Exceptional customer service – I was very happy with my robot vaccum. It randomly stopped working today, and I emailed customer service. They were amazing, and I am thoroughly impressed. They're sending me out a replacement, and adding extra warranty. Couldn't be happier with the customer service team. I dealt with Joy, and she was fantastic. The vaccum worked without fault,… Read more

and Ive always been impressed with how much dirt it gets out of my carpets, that my regular vaccum doesn't even touch.

Lubluelu SL60D Wonderful – This is my first robot vacuum cleaner (June Ebay $217) and I’m very impressed. I didn’t buy the Auto-Empty Dock, instead I empty the onboard dust collector after each run, very quick. I never minded doing the floors but I really disliked the 2-step process of vacuuming and then mopping. I still mop the floors myself because my steam mop does a… Read more

superior job compared to the cold wipe of the robot (although I haven’t tried it).

Setting up, mapping, scheduling and operation are all pretty straight forward if you read the manual and work with commonsense.

I agree with another reviewer that the after-sale customer service with is non-responsive. I contacted Lubluelu with a query and never heard back. That is very poor.

Lidar mapping is essential for clever map planning and gentle around furniture. She does everything that I need eg scheduling, varying vacuum power for different floor types. Yes, I’ve had moments where I’ve had to reconnect to the wifi but our wifi is usually the issue. And if it wasn’t, it solved the problem.

She does a terrific job on hard floors. My carpets are getting a more regular going over because I don’t have to do it and they are looking great. She won’t replace my stick vacuum because there are still nooks, eg behind open doors, that she can’t get to. I still have my big Dyson but I won’t bother to replace that.

I have since bought a second one (Sept Temu $157) for another part of the house. Great price both purchases and all the features of the big name brands.

Great budget lidar robovac – Great robot vacuum that does the job. Better than expected for the price. Cleans well. While need to manually vacuum around the edges and some extra dirty patches, the sl60d does so well we only usually do an extra vacuum of the house every few weeks. It cleans in places we cant reach easy which us great. The mop is a good cleaning option as… Read more

well which saves us doing it frequently. It isnt perfect but wow it makes life do much easier! Its mapping and navigation means we can zone easily and sort the cleaning around us and the kids.

under furniture and into tight spaces. The light mop function is also very handy for cleaning up any light spills made.

Smart Navigation System - Navigating around obstacles and furniture is no issue for the SL60D. Using sensors and smart mapping technology, it effortlessly maneuvers around our home, avoiding collisions and falls down stairs. This ensures a systematic and efficient cleaning path, leaving no corner untouched. The device has successfully mapped out our house, making it easy to just spot clean specific regions.

Long Battery Life and Automatic Recharging - The SL60D boasts has an impressive battery life, able to clean out house within 90 mins without needing to recharge. When the battery runs low, it automatically returns to its charging dock to recharge, ensuring that it's always ready for the next cleaning session.

Cons:

Limited Deep Cleaning Ability - While the SL60D does an excellent job of maintaining surface cleanliness, it may not provide the same deep cleaning results as traditional upright vacuums. For heavily soiled areas or deep pile carpets, manual spot cleaning or occasional use of a traditional vacuum may be necessary to achieve optimal results.

Noise - It's quite loud when in operation, We definately couldn't have it running in the background while watching TV. We usually leave it on when we're out of the house. or overnight when we're asleep.

Conclusion: The Lubluelu SL60D Robot Vacuum Cleaner offers a convenient and efficient solution for automated cleaning. With its efficient cleaning performance, smart navigation system, multiple cleaning modes, and long battery life, it's a valuable asset for busy households looking to simplify their cleaning routine. While it may not replace the need for deep cleaning entirely, its ability to maintain cleanliness on a day-to-day basis makes it a worthwhile investment in saving time and effort.

I’m a robo-vac convert! – The first time I’ve tried a robot vacuum and I’m really impressed with the effectiveness in cleaning and the time-saving. It’s easily programmable via the App and I can do any room whenever..the robot returns to its “base” after cleaning, or to recharge when it gets down to 15% energy. I found this on Ebay and the price was excellent - I expected it to be much more expensive.
