During the design phase the team were accommodating and happy to use different materials for the build.

Our project manager was a seasoned professional. Nothing was too much trouble, we were living next to the build and we had lots of questions (daily). The PM was patient, knowledgeable and present. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout the build. Deliveries were well managed and the site was well contained at all times. Being on a main road this was a difficult task that was done well.

The PM knew what was happening and kept me informed. The homes were built exactly to the specification and the finished product really is divine.

This is an example of the service Lucas Morris provided us throughout our entire building phase, building our dream home was very important to us, exciting as well as at times daunting. We made numerous changes and were supported by the Lucas Morris staff in a caring and patient manner. Lucas Morris attention to detail was excellent we felt at all times that our home was their home. As with any build there are occasionally challenges. However Lucas Morris have been professional in addressing those challenges. Providing the desired solution within reasonable timelines, and with limited fuss. We have ended up with our dream home. It was delivered at a reasonable price for such a customised build and given the excellent quality. The end result speaks for itself. We love it.
