Lucky White Goods

I purchased a 2nd hand front loader washing machine. The old one was taken away for free, and delivery was quick. Washer is still going well 3 months later. Happy with service.

receive a refund, I have called and emailed multiple times, each time being assured the next day I would get a refund. This is insane for a business, do not buy from here.

BUYER BEWARE – Bought a fridge from here and the delivery driver dropped the fridge down my driveway TWICE damaging the driveway and then refused to use a trolley to bring it inside and damaged the skirting boards and ripped the carpet, the fridge door was dented and the shelves inside broken from being dropped - originally the company agreed to fix the damages… Read more

Not so lucky appliances – I bought a factory 2nd washing machine from them, and on the day of the warranty ending it failed! I called them and they asked i send them a pic,,,then was ignored completely by them.. A waste of money and i will tell anyone to avoid them like the plaque! shocking company to deal with

Trustable and Reliable – This company is trustable and will give you a return if a product is faulty. They may not be top of the line products but thats why they are at a discounted price.

Really nice customer service – Good customer service. Must order once a time for good appliances.

Absolutely terrible to deal with – They sold me a washer dryer combo, that I'm sure they just found in a council clean up. It doesn't work and they refuse to answer my messages and calls. THESE ARE THE WARNING SIGNS PEOPLE. If you spend money with them after this and it's faulty you can only blame yourself.

To say their response to my concerns was deplorable is an understatement. Their blatant disregard or perhaps deliberate ignorance of the Australian Consumer Law, which mandates that goods be fit for their intended use, was astounding. Navigating their so-called "customer service" was like wading through a quagmire of empty promises and diversionary tactics.

A word of caution to prospective buyers: ponder deeply before doing business with a company as dismissive of consumer rights and basic customer decency as Lucky White Goods. It's my sincere wish that nobody else be subjected to the vexing experience I've had with them.
