The team told us our front garden makeover would take 4 days and it did. From the design by Krystle to the supervision by Vin, it was a class act and the end result is wonderful.

Council infringement before cleanup donr – A photograph of supposedly completed work was given to the client as evidence for the requirement for the Account to be paid However the photo didn't show a mess that Lukes Landscaping was to clean up as part of the contract but would not do so until the council issued an infringement notice against them. client had paid to have put on the garden but it was later revealed that Luke's Landscaping had apparently reneiged on the depth of the soil that they dug out and replaced The soil replaced was a lot less than in the contract and paid for by the client. Other problems such as reticulation not working and wrong or missing or dead plants can only be resolved by going to the government department which handles consumer complaints This company excels in ghosting its clients Their product would be very good if they put the same effort into delivering on their contract

while getting rid of thick roots is an arduous task.
We certainly are not the cheapest rate but look at the result- all fixed up neatly and to standard within a short time frame. Less experienced or operators with less care would take longer and have a less satisfactory result Mayby with lingering issues. Mayby with a total cost of more! Doubled our annual water bill without apology after telling us we would save money! – Told us we would reduce our water usage. This bill was over $1,000 and more than 99% usage than similar households. Gave him opportunity to explain and he said that this is what the Water Corp recommend...really? garden didn't die last year! I checked and 10 of 12 stations were set to 35/45 minutes each. Also had an issue with being charged for a call out to check their work and was charged $108.90. Called Luke and explained my upset as we had paid nearly $3500 for works and he promised to call back and address it. Never did. Might do a generally good job with courteous staff, but not interested in your hip pocket, only in his own perspective.
Also, when I called and gave details, I asked him to call me, but he called my husband. This is something I find most offensive. My husband btw, completely agrees with this review and they would not be getting it if they dealt with two valid issues with respect.

on a plan, he coordinated all of the services and items that were needed, and provided us with an exceptionally hard working, and skilled, landscaper in Derick. Luke visited the project on several occasions, to make sure we were happy with it’s progress, to make some minor tweaks here and there, or deliver something that was needed. Our landscape project was relatively small but we never felt like we didn’t matter. The project started on time, and finished on time, and the yard was left spick and span. It’s a vast improvement on what was there before it, and given it’s almost spring, it shouldn’t be long before our garden takes on it’s real shape. We could not be happier with the end result, the price, and the service that we received from Luke and Derick. If you are looking to have a landscaping job done, either big or small, I’d definitely recommend giving Luke a call.

Reticulation Repair – Reticulation repair carried out on agreed date with 30 min notice prior to arriving. Lawn was removed and neatly replaced. Installer took the time to check functionality and installed battery I didn’t know about. We will use Luke’s Landscaping in future.

They ignored me – I have tried on three successive days to get Lukes Landscaping to work on my retic. They are not replying to phone messages and it seems that they are no longer interested in small jobs only expensive landscaping and design. After many years of using them I have now found another Company.
Low quality for a high price – They sub contract and just hope you don’t notice the low quality work. So many issues that caused so much stress - our lawn is still uneven with dips feels like you’ll twist your ankle walking in it, and has all our old grass coming through. Patches of turf that look completely different and unhealthy - told after a few mows will be all good.… Read more
Absolutely not the case. We had them come back to fix issues and have the opportunity to actually deliver a quality job for the high price we paid, but it’s still not a good job. If you want a sprinkler fixed - maybe hire these guys If you want landscaping- I would not recommend
Retic Repairs – Terrible terrible service. Waited a week for someone to attend to my retic problem. Was told that he couldn't make it today or anytime soon. Total waste of my time. Thx for nothing.

Happy with the work – Kevin and his coworker did a good job on fixing the broken main retic pipe. Explained what was done and answered all my questions. Advised and gave me ideas on my lawn. Very friendly too. Can’t complain. Thank you.
Service – Booking was easy. The team on site were extremely competent and managed to get a lot done in a short period. Service provision was good - no hidden extra’s and everything spoken about up front. Recommendations made were common sense and I would use this service again.
Six star delivery every time – Luke’s has serviced our irrigation many times. The last time just last week. Robert the technician was excellent. Took the brief. Delivered the strategy and quote and then delivered an outstanding result. This Company delivers excellence at every level.
Good response to my issues, thanks! – We had a great retic installation done by Kevin, after the job was completed we had a few problems with grass growth recently but the guys came around promptly and are sorting it out. AS long as you are prepared to pay $140 an hour for labour!

Repair and renewal of reticulation sprinklers – Kevin from Luke’s Landscaping repaired and replaced most of our retic and did a fantastic job - very professional and they used quality replacements we were very happy with their work and thoroughly recommend them a wonderful job!
Front Landscaping Works – We had our entire front Landscaping re-designed by Luke's Landscaping and they did a fantastic job. Works included new front letter box (brick, render, face plate), garden edging, reticulation install (dripper system) and planting design layout. All the trades were easy to deal with and very professional. The whole project was very well run by Allen who always kept us informed with what was happening and when. I would highly recommend.
Excellent work, professional service – Used Luke's for a full retic overhaul. The team showed up early, gave a full explanation of their intended work and set to.
