Clothing is aligned with Temu quality. Looks boutique in pictures. Quite shoddy. Sizing way off when using guide. Don’t buy. I never buy clothes for myself but got birthday money so thought I was treating myself. Very disappointing!

I ordered a turtle neck sweater on 10 April for a trip I am taking on Monday 4 May. Still haven’t received it. My sweater is in a suburb in Perth and has been for the last 10 days without moving. Really bad service. Don’t bother with this company. As soon as I get back from my holiday I am requesting a refund and/or disputing the transaction with my bank to get my monies back. Very disappointing and unacceptable. If I could put a minus 20 stars, it would be closer to how I feel…

Almost identical to other review: Ordered an 8TB flash drive, USB3.1. Unit arrived, and I started backing up files from my PC. After waiting quite a while (max write speed I could see was around 10MB/sec; probably a write speed on flash drive limit which is OK - it was cheap for the capacity), whole folders missing, files not there, or completely empty. Sometimes chkdisk would recover some of the files. Tried reformatting (NTFS vs default exFAT) same result, tried different block sizes, same result. After a few weeks of this got in touch with them about the issues. They stated that 24hrs to return on electronics. I complained that at 10MB/sec, would take over a week to even write data to the device once! Offered me partial money back (less than half) but I'm not interested. The reply to service requests was quick (but maybe it's AI?), but the device itself is (unfortunately) useless.

 Follow-up  · No usable capacity found, effectively zero. I haven't tried Mac (but then I need it for PC backup). Refund process was: (i) quick response; (ii) refused to acknowledge device didn't work - outside "policy" of 24hrs to report a problem; offered minor compensation (less than 1/2 price paid) for a device that doesn't work.

Unit arrived and I started to transfer files using windows explorer. Some files in sub-directories were not copied. Tried changing from exFat to NTFS, same result, then changed MBR to GPT as it is greater than 2TB. Now completely u/s. Lumé are staing that warrranty can only be made within 24hrs of arrival. "Contrary to ACCC". Have offered a 20% good will gesture and I have declined it. Next step is Consumer Protection and also dispute resolution with PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
