For the love of god avoid this company. There are 100s of great alternatives. Don't stoop this low and give them a chance

Sneaky, deceptive. “Free trial” just pay for postage then you are signed up to there reoccurring subscription and when you talk to customer “support” they just tell you everything is automated and there is nothing I can do. Stay away from this company, a lot of better options out there.
Lumin is a scam – Lumin is a fraud. They promoted a free trial via Instagram and then automatically charge via credit card. The T’s & C’s of the free trial to not clearly stipulate that by taking up the offer you are agreeing to a subscription. The worst of the worst, scammy, dishonest online behavior. Avoid at all costs.
Scam and fraud – I have ordered a travel kit with them, I got charged about A$50 for it. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that it’s free trial product. I reached out to them and provide evidence of labels mentioning then they told that travel kit is same as sample. Why on earth will I pay $50 for free trial product? They product provided hardly last for a week or so and it should be free.
Please don’t order and save yourself from this fraudulent company. They also auto-subscribe you without your knowledge and charge you. They have all kind of dodgy practices.

Complete scam – After you receive their sample trials they automatically subscribe you, you can change this setting in the accounts page, they apparently send you a link - they never do so you can't log in without this link and you're stuck - customer service is non existant!!! AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!
