Disappointing and frustrating – Just bought a Stirling 30l microwave with convection and grill functions, $169. On convection took 40 minutes to heat some little pies, the grill is a joke, the metal plate does not raise the food anywhere near the heating coils. I tried a toasted sandwich, the cheese had completely burnt before the bread was barely toasted. No instructions… Read more

provided as to how long to grill. Would love some explanation as to why this is happening before I load it into the car and return it.

My daily assistant – For basic heating boiling re heating etc it's excellent. I only use microwave and don't actually cook food in it. Easy to clean no rust. Just the glass plate is difficult to position onto roller. Love the design color material handle and clear ease of use of controls. After 5 years still like new. All good. Show details

Very happy with this oven – We've been using this convection/microwave oven since the start of 2016. It have preformed very well. I did have to get to know its characteristics and adjust my expectations of microwave strength and oven cooking results. We don't have a conventional oven and this unit has provided to all our needs.  Show details

Nice unit – I have had the Aldi Lumina 30 litre 950 watt micr wave and comb oven now for about 4 years , It has always been great for heating up things, defrosting, and also using it as a oven on its own, the best and most effective cooking method is mixed cooking ( micro and oven)  Show details

Very Happy – Our Lumina has just died after 8 1/2 years of robust daily use. We used this oven using every possible combination there was and it never let us down. Granted the oven wasn't the best when it came to baking but for the price you can't expect the same performance as you would from a $900 machine, For everything else it worked just fine. Like a lot… Read more

of other people the light did blow after a couple of months but that was no big deal. For the price we're very happy. We have just replaced it with another one also from Aldi a Stirling brand this time and so far so good, this one has a 3 year replacement warranty so they must be pretty confident in the product . I have only ever had a problem with one product from Aldi it was only just out of warranty I phoned them they were very good to deal with I just had to email them a copy of the receipt and posted me out a brand new one no cost to me at all.
