Shocking Company - Do Not Order – Ordered over $300 worth of products ... immediate contact but no tracking ... 5 followups ... responses vary from lack of staff to the will followup and let me know... lodged a complaint with PayPal and received half my order 2 months later ... still waiting the balance after 5 months. SCAM BUSINESS – SCAM! Ordered online over $250 of hair products. Received confirmation and money taken from bank account. Items NOT shipped, no response to emails, texts, even online messaging. Raising now with ACCC and contacting my bank. Wish I'd read further down on their reviews, as this is common! They now have blocked me on all social media

Pathetic – Almost a month since I ordered essential hair care products. wish I hadn’t. I have emailed them- received a response that they’ll look into it. The site said delivery within less than a week. I called a number, someone said this is the salon and to call another number which doesn’t go anywhere. I plan to lodge a complaint to the authorities. purchase. Lux Hair support initially responded to my email and said they would look into it. After that, they do not reply. I have rung the number for online purchases and it says message bank full. Can’t even leave a message, just try again later. No one ever answers. Tried online chat, no one responds. Rang a store and they hung up on me. Wish I had seen reviews on Trust Pilot first. Long list of customer complaints all saying the same thing. I usually purchase with PayPal but regrettably did not do so on this occasion. I plan to lodge a complaint through my bank to see if my purchase can be reversed. This company takes your money and does not send your order.
