the item was clearly faulty. I felt ignored and dismissed.
What really made me lose trust is that they keep changing the price of the product. One day it’s “on sale,” the next day the price jumps up again. It feels dishonest and manipulative — like they’re just trying to trick people into thinking they’re getting a deal when they’re not.
I regret ordering from Luxe Mirrors and I would not recommend them to anyone. The whole experience left me feeling scammed. Please be careful — I wish someone had warned me before I spent my money.

Wonderful Experience – I had a great experience buying three mirrors for my house. I loved the images sent through to help visualise the mirror in the space. Everything went smoothly and the finished product is fantastic. everyone comments on the mirrors and how great they are. Show reply
Not what they seem – Ordered a makeup mirror with x8 magnification. When it arrived, we realised the degree of magnification was too great and made calls to the customer service number and, while there was a process to enable us to swap the product for something more appropriate, said process was convoluted, expensive and extremely frustrating. Returns” “100% satisfaction Guaranteed “. Very cumbersome and difficult. Had to negotiate for a reduction in their completely disproportionate return costs. The fact that they have the $250 but we don’t have the product we want and are being made to jump through hoops that would seem designed to make us give up, is very very annoying.
Beware of Hidden Shipping Costs – I purchase a mirror based on the fact that they offered Free Shipping Australia Wide. It was not until a day later they sent me an email advising it would be another $150 to send to my location. Misleading information on website – Purchased a make-up mirror from Lux. Was looking for a round mirror, so used the filters in the search to find the round mirrors. Ordered said mirror. return plus 20% restock fee. Very unhappy, will be presenting the evidence to ACCC. Will certainly not be using this company again & I would warn others to be on their guard. Buy from Simple Human instead, much better quality, not plastic.
Terribly Experience - completely inflexible sale/return practices and average quality for the prices – After placing an incorrect order (eyesight isn’t as good as it used to be on mobile devices) I requested a return at my cost to purchase the intended order. Management declined offering up concerns over damage to boxes making multiple trips. What rubbish. Inflexible practices such as this when online purchases are the only option are unAustralian and should not be supported. Disgusted., definitely not recommended.

Top stuff. Great customer service – Purchased a mirror from these guys and had an issue but the customer service from these guys was amazing. High quality product but I'm sure With my issue It could be sorted with a few tweeks. ( You don't know there's a issue unless someone tells you if you know what I mean) Would definitely recommend purchasing from these guys.
Very Happy - Excellent Quality Bathroom Mirrors, Great Service – I ordered 2 beautiful bathroom mirrors from Luxe Mirrors, they were delivered within the week and I was notified of updates, so great customer service and communication. Our master ensuite looks amazing and these mirrors really set it off! Quality is excellent and we received a 5 year warranty on out mirrors. Other stores only offered a 1 year. Thanks again Luxe Mirrors - we love them.
Amazing Customer service – I was so impressed by this company. The courier unfortunately mishandled my mirror and it arrived broken and even though they organised a replacement for me straight away, I also got a lovely bunch of flowers delivered to me which was such a lovely surprise. You don't really expect that sort of service when ordering online, but it was very much appreciated.

Returns policy is terrible – Found the price to return items was extreme and would result in us only getting around half of what we paid as a refund. Not a good returns policy, in my opinion. Not worth the trouble.
