ripped off – Bought a $200 gift voucher for my daughter's birthday - rang to enquire about making a booking, was told ([Name Removed]) - our voucher is no longer worth the paper it's printed on, the business was sold, so you're not going to have your voucher honored. Waste of time and money – Paid for a treatment and was given only half of what I paid for. Requested an additional 2 x treatments for the same area on my body however the owner, Jenny, refused and suggested I pay an additional $100! She already had $100 that I had paid and not used! not a long time and I would definitely never recommend this place for treatment if any kind. She is a scammer from way back. Keep away or you will regret it! In addition to the above you will find trying to contact them to make the booking is almost impossible! It took me 3 weeks to get in touch with them.
Massage good – Glad we bought on a groupon as not worth it if paying full price. Girl who served our drinks and snacks did not speak and just plonked everything on the table . Went down to reception same girl just stared at us and did not speak. Spa was to hot we went to stand in reception lady on the phone told us to return to spa till someone came to get us. we stood outside in our robes. Positive the massage was good.
Rude!!!! – Literally same boat as everyone else. Went to make a booking and was greeted by absolutely rude/ curt service snapping at me for what my name and number was. They were talking about me over the phone thinking I couldn't hear and I quote "ugh she called me back so many freaking times". I called back twice to confirm details with my sister. Rude rude rude!! purchasing the deal through Groupon (it was a gift) and not directly through them, stating MULTIPLE times that they don’t make as much money through Groupon...then why the hell advertise it?! I couldn’t get barely a word in without her talking over me with a disgusting tone and attitude. She then carried on saying the price off Groupon was a mistake and said it would be an extra $20 per person, but said would meet us in the middle and pay cash. Extra add ons were forced down our throats which we refused.
The welcome foot massage and exfoliation consisted of 6.7362 second little touch. The massage beds were cold (although she said she turned the blanket heating on). Massage was below average and felt as if a 5 year old was giving it. The head massage was a 5 second mess your hair. Overall the hour massage was really 40 minutes so nuff said.
We then proceeded to the spa, which was cold. [Name Removed] then told us that a filter piece was in the water and “it came across it with our toes to collect it”. Her tone was super unprofessional.
After the spa, we were taken upstairs for ‘refreshments’ which was a disgraceful joke which consisted of a few stale crackers and salsa along with one drink...my tea was brought out with a dirty spoon with dry food on it. Absolutely disgusting.
The entire experience was uncomfortable and we felt as a nuisance being there as paying customers. Leaving, my God [Name Removed] couldn’t get us out the door any faster opening it whilst talking rudely to another customer on the phone. However she did manage to squeeze in another tell-off for purchasing through Groupon!
Don’t waste your money.

including breakfast for a high price so I selected room only then after paying I noticed was charged AUD110. I contacted customer service at Hotels.com and asked if they could change the booking to NO breakfast. They said they phoned the hotel on a couple of occasions and their responses were an additional charge for the second adult and no charge for breakfast. They refused to change or cancel the booking hence this review.
Unprofessional – I purchased a deal for this company and tried so many times to contact them,left voicemails and emails after weeks of no response I finally got intouched with the Cudo to voice my concerns. They managed to get a response and shortly after the manager rung me quite aggressively and in no uncertain words told me I was lying as she always answers the phone and emails. I would have never used this company if I knew the owner was so snippy.
