Be wary of Luxello – Wasted 3 weeks of my time. Don't recommend. Ordered 15APR on https://luxello.net.au/ Followed them up a week later for update. Informed dispatch delayed as units "made to order" (ok, but do you mention this on your product page?). And then chased them again another week, their reply: "At the moment we are facing some delays with parts and our orders are taking about 1- 2 weeks extra to for-fill due to high volume of orders during this time of year. We understand we are unable to meet your deadline and can cancel the order if you wish."
