M&M Termite & Pest Control

Terrible job – We had a M & M Pest Control service in the begining of December. The service cost was $473 and guaranteed to kill cockroaches, spiders etc. and mice. The technician was late and in a hurry. He didn't spray the skirting boards or areas under the windows and just sprayed the perimeter of the middle of each room. Fast forward about 5 weeks...Last night we had hundreds of tiny huntsman hatchlings crawling on the floor and walls which we had to spray with poison to kill. Today I called to the customer service and was told that there was no issue since we probably killed them all anyway. I was then informed that if we were worried about this happening again, the same technician could come again but he would have to see the evidence (spiders) otherwise there would be an additional service charge. I was also told that they were busy at the moment. I will never use this service again as it wasted so much of my money and time.
