Great service – Found mike to be upfront and honest, provided good service with a quick response time. Reminded me alot of an old fashion tradie. Gave good advice for a couple of other projects we have planned for the future. would recommend and use again

Poor service – Would not recommend especially to the elderly. My 91 year old grandmother required a repair to her shower in which we engaged Michael to quote on the repair. During the quotation process all went well until the work was scheduled to be completed and he didnt show up on the scheduled day, and several days following. Obviously with only one shower at the property we needed to engage another company To complete the work and once confirmed we attempted to call Michael several times without any response before sending him a message to officially cancel the job. Today he entered my grandmothers property and yelled at her through her gated front door, she offered to pay him the call out quote fee and he just stormed off etc. My father then called Michael to obviously sort out whatever the issue is as my grandmother has very limited hearing but was left feeling scared in her own home, Michael denied the entire thing and hung up on my father, completely unprofessional and over priced. Again, pensioners beware.

Genuine Plumbing advice and service – Mike and his offsider worked at my home for 4 hours today. The job included some Maintenance of existing taps and also troubleshooting three areas of known leaks. Mike was very professional demonstrating solutions to problems to fit in with given budget restraints. He even left his offsider working here while he shopped my requested replacement for a corroded kitchen tap and fittings. The work was accomplished very efficiently and all areas were left clean and dry. I am happy to use him again if needed and have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing a good plumber.
