Disappointed with such an expensive buy.
Looked so forward to buying the new Maclaren Quest Arc stroller. It’s a beautiful looking stroller, but a disappointment. The major frustration is with the two front wheels having a lock each side of the footrest, where my toddler constantly locks the wheels turning capability with his feet. It’s unbelievable that this hasn’t been flagged by the designers, as once the locks have been pressed by the toddlers feet it’s impossible to turn the stroller, to the point of it being a danger, the stroller tipping over. I contacted Maclaren to see if there is a way to prevent the front wheels from locking so easily, they just said no, that’s the design. No interest in any constructive feedback from their customer. Disappointed.
