speaking with the store manager, I was guaranteed a store credit but if there wasn’t a lounge within the dimensions required I was told I could get a refund. After we drove the lounge 3 and a half hours back to the store they then said they would not give me the refund or credit because it was 100% polyester. They did not reimburse me for the fuel money transporting the lounge over there only to tell me something they could have told me on the phone one of the multiple times I spoke with them. Their customer service team neglected to reply to my email expressing my concerns. This company does not honour their promises made to customers and I will never ever make a purchase with them again. I will be telling as many people as I can about this awful experience, one that should have been fun has been turned into an absolute nightmare.

how lovely those folk were and how willing they were to help us. Their people, who were also lovely, came to inspect the mattress, found it quite faulty, took lots of photos & said their employer would ring us. We have now been advised by the makers of the mattress and those good people at MacLeods Grafton that they will replace the mattress. We should have a new mattress in maybe a fortnight or so. This is the 2nd company I have dealt with lately who have given me / us just wonderful service & kindness - beyond expectation. The other is Simply Cushions at Clunes, NSW. I know who we will deal with in the future - good kind, honest people. Thank you.
Purchased Rocker Recliner Chair which took 9 months to deliver, then phoned day after delivery & wanted $40 Delivery Fee – I order a Rocker Recliner Chair in late January 2021, was told 6 weeks for delivery but actually took 9 months & was delivered 2nd November 2021, after several phone calls from me chasing it up. day I was phoned & informed that a mistake was made when taking my credit card details to purchase this Chair & I was not charged delivery fee of $40. My credit card was charged as pending for the chair back in February 2021 but for some reason due to poor accounting skills which clearly are sadly lacking, no one checked when placing the order, no one checked when I phoned about the chair several times in 9 months, no one checked when I was phoned by them to schedule delivery of the chair. I should have said no I am not paying this late excuse for delivery fee but I paid, clearly I will never deal with this company again & I will inform anyone that listens about their considerable absence of accountancy skills. I have not received any paperwork about purchase of this Chair except credit card details, I have no information that this chair was actually purchased from this company other than Registration of Warranty which I did the day it was delivered & in both cases my credit card being charged by this company. One needs to avoid dealing with this company as their accountancy skills are sadly lacking, let alone a total absence of Customer Service
