Another scam company !!!! – Bought this pillow, but it was too firm and high for me, didn't find it cooling at all either quite the opposite actually. Contacted them for a return after 28 days and i am now getting the run around. ( sorry our pickup partner does not cover that area "blah blah blah".... we are waiting to hear from our supervisor ... "blah blah blah") the usual crap. I am never dealing with online mattress shops ever again !!!! This is from their website :

​In the event of a return, simply contact us. We'll send you a pre-paid return label, and all you need to do is attach it to the box and send it back to us. For non-metro areas, you may be required to cover the cost of postage. If the pillow is damaged, infested or stained it will not be eligible for a return or refund.
