Bad service – The - initially nice, friendly and helpful - man at the counter did not seem to help me solve the problems I encountered with the buy of the Dell laptop. I was blamed for everything and even forced to pay extra money for fixing the problems. There was no communication about the problem before he uninstalled the laptop. I would have taken the… Read more
stuff I saved on the desktop off and would not have been forced to pay so much extra for his mistakes. Good service when things go smoothly, but bad service when things get harder.
Perfect – Excellent service, fantastic advise. Very knowledgable and informed about the product in the market place. recmend this business above others in the area. Show details
Rip off merchant – Take someone who knows computers and what the parts cost in todays market before walking into this store. Get a quote and walk away if you must but you'll find they don't compete well once you shop around. The owner has a nasty temper to boot. There is a reason he deleted their Google Business page (too many bad reviews). Show details
Excellent service. Very helpful – Very helpful even though it was just a simple repair to my glasses. Thank you Mike. Teresa Oliphant. Highly recommend
Satisfied customer – Been dealing with Mike for 10+ years and have had nothing but good advice and helpful service. Recently had a hard disk problem and Mike did a data recovery and transfer to my hard disk drive in a day. I think a reasonable person would not have any problems dealing with this company. I have no relationship with Mike apart from being a customer.
Great job from Mike on all fronts – Each time I go in to see Mike with a computer problem he's been terrific in dealing with the problem and dealing with me. A huge bonus being he's fixed every issue I've presented him. I find him easy to work with and he listens carefully to my explanation of the problem/s before setting to work fixing it/them. He's put together for me a… Read more
stand-alone computer that has been terrific on all fronts. Well done, Mike. I'm really glad I found you. It would be difficult to find someone in the computer business who's as helpful and efficient as Mike is.
Consultants – Efficient, cost effective, no messing around. Able to analyse issues and sort problems that had us out of action for weeks quickly. Direct and to the point. Recommend the service and expertise. Greatly appreciated.Thank you.
Brilliant service – I popped in to have my laptop looked at as I was having trouble with my emails. Michael took a look at my laptop there and then and was able to fix the issue within a very short amount of time. He also gave me advice about my battery that was contrary to another computer store where I was told I would have to have some very expensive repair work… Read more

Possible your one stop nearest shop for your computers – Macrochip is the nearest one stop shop for repairing your computers. The issue with the shop is mostly the convenience and the available service. Still Michael provides a good service to you. If your living in Lilydale it's mostly recommended to go there and have anything fixed. Sometimes a higher standard from macrochip can be the advice and… Read more
guide from technology. But the main issue can be a delay sometimes I had to go repair my Toshiba satellite c855 laptop and through all the hassle was the good time to pick it up. I have waited for 2 days to pick up my laptop and through the charges really don't make a difference.
Very poor service and wrong advice - steer clear and save your time and money – Took my computer in to have a new power supply fitted. Stated it was to suit a GTX680 card. This shop was 30 mins drive from my house, but convenient on the day as I was in the area. (he now tells me that he couldn't possibly know what sort of power supply was needed for this card as there are too many variables - he could have said that earlier,… Read more
but he wanted to sell me a power supply)
Power supply was fitted, but when I got home, it did not suit the new card. As he kept my old power supply, I could not revert back, and had to find a local shop to get a new power supply from. When my wifew returned the power supply he refused to refund the labour charged to fit it. .
