Undelivered goods – I ordered 3 bar stools in early september and have not received them. Tried all contact points for Macys a d received a load of ru. Ishe from the site. Disgusted with their service.

Be careful when using international – I recently ordered from Macy's and found out 2 things. One, sizes tend to run large and two, return cost you significantly more as you pay for delivery both ways. My advice is unless you are sure about your purchase don't bother as will cost you far more in the long run.

Thumbs up – Can pick up some designer children's wear at extremely reasonable prices. The sales are great for purchasing outfits for kids at under $10. They have a flat delivery charge of $15. I always order in bulk. Great with communication and delivery. I have placed numerous orders with them and I cannot fault them. Highly recommended. Inexpensive and always reliable.
