Poor Service – MAD Inc owner and occupier has not only poor service but inefficient attention to detail and quality of the car services they provide. Definitely won’t recommend or be coming back. Very disappointed
Scratches on window tint – Annoyed that I paid over $300 for window tint that ended up leaving scratch marks on all four windows (I didn't put the windows down for over a week after the tint was put on as per instruction). Plus when I got there in the morning the person who I talked to, who I presume was the manager, initially said that I was booked for the following day. I had to show him the email saying that I was booked on the day I arrived. Attitude was kind of blunt and I was made to wait the whole working day to get my car back - gave them my car around 9am and had to pick it up just before closing.
I have to arrange getting the old tint removed and new tint put on from another company as getting any kind of warranty work done from these people would be very difficult. I actually spoke to another company and said where I got my first tint from and they said that I wasn't the only person to get bad tinting service from them. They should just stick to car detailing.
