She has a combination of wet food and the dry kibble and she loves it, there is never any left. Absolutely shocking delivery – The delivery service is unreliable and inconsistent. We wait 2 weeks for delivery and 5 out of 7 times it is delayed by more than a day! Bit disappointing when this means you have to buy additional food for your dog. Show details

TERRIBLE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM – Okay, so firstly, my dog ate the food no worries. But the service, care and honesty of the company is shocking. Dinner Bowl is a hit in this household! – Meal time is easy now, and Bonnie likes all the recipes (although her fave is the lamb). I especially loved the SMS so I know exactly when the delivery is coming. It allows you to track the driver's ETA. Super impressed.

I thought this would be easy and convenient , but all the time I wasted on chat makes it extremely inconvenient. hard to cancel, have to tell them repeatedly cancel my subscription before they actually do it... make sure u get it in email as proof it's done

had to have a back-up food for our dogs.

We've been only getting them delivered twice a month and something always happened to at least one of the deliveries. This has now become unacceptable and we've decided to cancel the subscription and move to another company.

We understand that being understaffed due to covid is a major issue, but it is extremely difficult to justify the price we pay for the food if we always have to another bag of back-up food in our cupboard.

Food is ok , service is sometimes non existent – The food is ok but good luck getting a delivery on time or at all or perhaps get charged extra for no reason. Food ok, delivery inconsistent – My dog is very fussy and only likes the chicken flavour. Packaging is not great and difficult to open. The main issue the last 2 months is that their delivery schedule has been completely unreliable (but as a subscription service they are quite happy to keep charging you, whether the delivery happened or not)! Good food, when it comes – Two orders not arrived. It took them a week to finally get back to me about where my order was only to tell me they will send another box as they can’t find it.
