No taste of salted caramel – Same as all the other 1 star reviews. Not even a hint of salted caramel. The chocolate flavour is nice but the tub says “Chocolate and Salted Caramel Ice Cream”, so it’s a fail. So disappointed :( – 11 dollars for a tiny little tub of ice cream and it doesn’t have any salted caramel at all in it. Just plain chocolate ice cream. You’d hope if you’re paying this much that it’d be packed with it. Super disappointed! :(

Very disappointed – Very disappointed no salted caramel at all in the last couple I brought.This was my favourite ice cream treat until now . very sad that my favourite ice cream has changed

Best chocolate icecream – I love this ice cream, it is just perfection. Its rich chocolate is wonderfully complemented by the salty caramel under tones. As with any ice cream, do not let it melt, and the re--freeze. Supermarket should take care.

Sub-standard product. Avoid! – The chocolate ice-cream itself is so-so. The salted caramel component is a complete failure - good taste, but it is icy in texture, completely ruining the feel of the product. This is not a premium product, but a standard supermarket chocolate ice-cream with caramel ice shards, overpriced because it has Maggie Beer's face plastered on the front. Definitely not worth the $10 (for 500ml) price tag!

Waste of $9 - not even a hint of caramel – I had been eyeing off this icecream in the supermarket freezer for months. Anyone who knows me knows that my weakness is salted caramel. However, this is supposed to be a chocolate icecream rippled with salted caramel, and alas, there was no caramel to be had. I think I *may* have tasted it at some point but it was fleeting and then back to monotonous chocolate.

I normally adore Maggie's food, so to find this so lacking was a bit sad. If you want good salted caramel flavoured icecream, don't buy this one. There are two other brands on the supermarket shelves that deliver on their promise of copious amounts of caramel, and don't cost the best part of $10. Creamy, chocolatey, smooth. Not even a whiff of caramel.
