It's a nice ivory colour (not just white) which suggests it's vanilla-ey, which it is. It actually tastes of vanilla, unlike the Aldi stuff I had been settling for, which was 'normal' icecream (and so people would expect it to be better, which it absolutely was NOT). supermarkets who aren't being accused by the PM of price -gouging... but this icecream is really delicious.
It's tasty and creamy and unctuous and dense. I hate fluffy insubstantial icecream and this isn't it. This is dense and creamy. Creamier than 'normal' icecream.
I had the Aldi stuff in the freezer and would think 'I fancy something nice' and thinking of the Aldi icecream would just not want it. Contrast to this; spooning it into the bowl (with slight difficulty because it's not airy fluffy ripoff whipped up pretend icecream), I couldn't resist chomping big chunks off the too much in the spoon before it hit the bowl, with more to serve.
It doesn't need topping. It's perfect on its own.
It even smells enticing.

7 yr old says awesome – Even my very fussy 7 year old said it was awesome! She's recently discovered a dairy intolerance and has tried some other brands of plant based ice cream only to turn her nose up and refuse and go back to normal ice cream with issues to follow. Really creamy and delicious! – This is a game changer... especially if you can't have coconut or nut milk based ice cream. Plant Based Streets Blue Ribbon Ice Cream – This is an excellent product !! Normally Vegan/Plant based products attract the 'Vegan Tax'. This is same price as the non-plant based product.
