Lovely item but arrived broken – Item arrived snapped in two. Refused to accept any responsibility for poor packaging (box was not packed to protect item, had nothing to fill empty space - which allowed to item to be snapped in half) and used a courier with the worst reviews. Consumer protection was useless! I have an $800 item that’s only good for fire wood. Unable to get any refund, replacement or repair!
