Very poor quality of construction – Structural issues within first 6 years of a townhouse. Water leakage from upper level bathroom to ground floor ceilings of ground floor living area and water seepage from underground drainage and next door residence. When raise it warranty team then no response. After multiple calls, the response was go to VCAT “we don’t have time”. Couldn’t care less. Dodgy and unethical establishment.

Awful customer service – I recently purchased a property with this builder and was disgusted at the level of attention paid to the inclusions of my home. Many inclusions were different from what I negotiated in the sale contract. They are yet to fix their numerous mistakes such as installing the wrong type of oven and the wrong colour of splashback. The lighting in the living room is directly linked to the lighting in the laundry and kitchen in a way that the laundry lights do not work unless the living room lights are on. In addition to that, the laundry sink has a blockage.
