I was very pleased with maitenence matters today. They did a wonderful job and my kitchen looks amazing. Hayden and the Electrician were both caring and did a great job. Bless them.
Great service, always friendly helpful and on time – I think maintenance matters are the complete business in the building/maintenance game. Can not fault them
Nothing Matters – In my opinion nothing matters to maintenance matters. They have also been forced upon us by strata data, what has always been very good lawns, are now full of weeds because they do not use catchers. Also they gouge through the ground, and our side lawn has almost disappeared. Last but not least one of the green bins was full of cuttings one day, (the day they had cut) after l had complained about them to strata data, they denied doing it, so of course someone from up the road further must have cut their lawn then brought it all down to our units and emptied it into the green bin here. LOL not funny, my advice is STAY AWAY, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM

Thanks for the reply, as we have all had to wait over 6 weeks for you to cut our lawns, and last time l measured the lawn is 50cm high l will not be contacting maintenance matters for anything ever.

Look elsewhere – This organisation was forced upon me by strata management. I found the standard of work to be slapdash and unprofessional and the attitude of management to be arrogant. Look elsewhere!
