DO NOT BUY FROM HOTEL MAISON! I bought two shirts in order to choose one and send the other back. But it's impossible to send it back. If I ask for a refund they charge £21.38 for return postage. And when I try to arrange a return via UPS, they cannot find my details. It's a SCAM!!!

Sizing is off and the ink from the print ran under the arms while I was wearing it. Not sure how I can fix it. Thin material and expensive for what it is. Show details

absolutely horrible!!!!! They have some kind of scam going with their "returns" they make it impossible to do an international return and then after you've paid the return postage it's then rejected and International express posted back and now they sending me a bill I'm sure! so now I have this jacket that I returned months ago and I'm sure now… Read more

Maison Hotel will send me a bill for the $350 jacket! so out of pocket $350 jacket , $35 postage and postage paid again $54 now express postage back $50 plus . So a major waste of time and out of pocket almost $500 for a jacket that looks hideous on me! This is definitely a scam.

Horrible service stay away – Horrible no returns so swap when needing a smaller size as their sizes are crazy don’t buy anything

multiple times. I sent messages through Instagram and to the customer service email and they simply give information to Rever. Rever have not provided details of what bank details they refunded into. I have confirmation from my bank stating they took the money out of my one and only credit card, but have not refunded the stated amount.

I love their clothing, but the service is horrendous. The customer service is poor. I’m a teacher and therefore not rich. They don’t seem to care that I’m out of pocket $250!

I am a loyal customer and they will loose me.

Huge and see through with extremely thin fabric – The fabric was soft but probably the thinnest I have ever seen and it was clearly photoshopped in the photos to not be see through. Ordered a xs and it fit like an XL. Returns were expensive and took forever. Show details

Very unsatisfactory – I’d watched this item for months and saved up for this shirt… I ordered a size up to allow for flow of the garment and it was still too small, Yee fabric was itchy and course and then when I tried to return it, it was messy and difficult. Don't Expect to Return Items – Got approval to return a $200 dress but this company did not accept it (without even opening it). Nobody has contacted me to explain. UPS automatically returned it to sender (me). I have just received a $250 bill from UPS to cover this delivery charge. And there is no response from Maison Hotel.
