Absolutely wonderful experience! I had my old AC replaced with a new Daikin, and the whole process couldn’t have been better. Super efficient and professional – From the moment I rang to the completion of the job, the team were outstanding. Special mention to Victor, who looked after me and explained everything clearly. The installers were super efficient and cleaned up after themselves and left the place neat and tidy.

Great Service – Very nice, professional technician. Arrived on time on appointment date. Did a really thorough job, cleaned our air-conditioner beautifully, and has it working perfectly. Very happy with the service & pricing. Would highly recommend and use again.

Bad install – We were very unlucky to get a bad installer. Didn’t put things where they were meant to go. No thought into placement of things such as condensation drain lines. listening to my needs. He took the time to explain the options to help me decided the best course of action. We ended up opting for a Daikin 25KW ducted system with 4 zones. Alessio gave us a detailed proposal which was price competitive and the inclusions such as replacing the existing duct work with brand new ducts, down pipe covers to ensure aesthetics, concrete slabs, etc. delighted us. He even replaced all upstairs outlets (diffusers) with brand new ones for no extra charge.

One the day of the installation, Jaime and his team of 4 arrived early and they did a very professional job of installing the new system, electrical work etc. They took the trouble to cover all bedrooms and carpets with covers to avoid any foot marks and dirt. At the end of the job cleared up and vacuumed the areas they worked. Jaime took the trouble to explain all my questions during the installation and explained the operation of the system there after.

Alessio was present on the day of the installation and also took the trouble to follow up with me several days after to ensure everything was working fine.

Majestic Air-conditioning has a very professional and skilled team and they try to go the extra mile to meet the customer needs. My wife and I highly recommend them.
