Make My PC

This is my second computer I purchased from Make My PC. I am very happy for both machines. I chose both machines specifications and discussed with James at MakeMyPC. His recommendations were based on my need and my best interest. I was happy! What really surprised and convinced me to write this comments is the type of service I received. On a Saturday night here in WA i run in trouble when i made a mistake installing a second operating system in my machine. Basically I lost data in the windows driver and I had to reinstall Windows and MS Office again. I contacted via email These guys and few hours later (Sunday morning for me), I received all the support and info I needed to resolve the issue in no time. There is no way you could get the same successful support i had from one of these retailers here in Perth. Distance do not matter anymore on this world. MakeMyPC are set to work for you and with you to make sure your next computer will be purchase from them. I can insure you my next machine will be from them again. Thank you James Luigi Filidei

I purchased a desktop PC from Make My PC Australia in June 2020, and it recently appeared to have suffered damage from a power surge. After testing and replacing the faulty power supply myself, I reached out to James. The support I received from that point on has been exceptional. James was incredibly generous with his time and even sent me a replacement motherboard, a new SSD, and the necessary adaptors at no cost. Having managed service-based distribution businesses for many years, I can say that this level of service is rare today. Excellent work, and thank you James—I will certainly continue to use your services in the future.

I rarely leave reviews here and I NEVER create a profile on here for a business, just to leave a review. There's a first time for everything. I'd already left a 5 star Google review when I bought my first PC from these guys. Their service was exceptional then. Flash forward 3 months and I had a freak issue and the power source failed to the PC.

I found it on a Saturday morning and had a tonne of work to do.

I emailed the shop telling them, expecting not to hear back until Monday.

A few hours later, I was called. After some brief troubleshooting, the man decided it was not going to recover.

He calls me back 10 mins later and tells me he has ordered overnight air freight to Tassie and was sorry that they would only pick it up from the shop on Monday so I'd have to wait until Tuesday.

This kind of customer service is so unusual these days..

Seriously - if you value supporting businesses with world class customer service, only shop from this business.

I'll never order any computer from anyone else.

They are truly excellent.
