Zero accountability, zero response – Ordered a sign from them via catch - they eventually sent the wrong one. After repeated attempts to contact them I eventually got catch involved - whom they *also* ignored. At that point Catch forcibly removed the money from their account to refund. Can I give no stars – Placed an order early September on Catch, followed up after two weeks of not hearing anything, never got sent a tracking number. Sent multiple messages via Catch. No reply. Catch had to contact them several times to dispute issue. Never will I buy from this company again

Don't ever buy from Make Vana – Placed an order 18/09 on Catch, followed up after two weeks of not hearing anything, got sent a tracking link which took me to a 404 page. Sent multiple messages via Catch. Still nothing. Catch are now trying to dispute for me.

Absolutely disgusting customer service – Placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid express post. Still have not received parcel. Have emailed and sent text messages with no reply. I’m going to be taking further action as they can refund me the money as I need the stuff by the 23rd of July n today is the 20th of July. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible service – I ordered a mens ring which was listed online, after 1 week I didn't get the ring so I emailed customer service. see if they even got the ring in the mail and when I would get the new size, they told med it had to be custom made...so I wait another week...email again and they said that they will send it in a few days...another week goes by and I email again and they tell me they have finally sent it.

When I got the new ring I realised the ring they initially sent was the wrong ring anyway. I would never order from these people again. Their customer service is terrible. Total lack of communication.

Medical bracelet – High quality bracelet. Had difficulty trying to work out removing link to make bracelet fit. Emailed customer service ,prompt reply with a link to you tube showing how to adjust bracelet. Would use this seller again .

Disappointed customer – Ordered sterling silver jewellery that in my estimate was excessively exaggerated. What I received was a poor imitation of what I saw on their site. The sterling silver products I got from Michael Hill for the same price was of superior quality. Unsolicited sms – I’ve never even been a customer and I have received an unsolicited marketing sms to my phone from Make Vana today. I’ve never heard of this brand so they have acquired my number from somewhere and decided to use it without my permission. Beware of brands using such tactics!

Misleading and Disappointing – My company ordered hand sanitiser from Make Vana three weeks ago. The product was advertised as in stock and the order confirmation noted that the items were being prepared right away. Three weeks later we still have not seen the product and the order cannot be cancelled. Make Vana is taking advantage of a very serious situation. Very Disappointing. Show details

False advertising – I ordered some apple candles from Make Vana as a gift. They were clearly advertised as being fruit scented candles, however when I received them they had no smell at all. (I will mention as a side note that I ordered these candles on a Sunday, and received them on Thursday so delivery time was not too bad, just a few days after their promised… Read more

I contacted Make Vana to resolve the issue in case there was a mistake, but their response was so disappointing, and just served to frustrate me even more. "these Red Fuji Apple-shaped wax candle and has a very little fragrance." - Make Vana.

I can already tell that without you needing to point it out to me, my issue is that you advertised them as "ha[ving] a fragrant fruity smell that fills the entire area".

I am hoping that their follow up responses to me will be a little more thoughtful in future, and that they remove this blatantly false advertising from their descriptions.
