middle as previous. I took their recommendation and bought a new slat bed base from them, earlier this year also, and got rid of my bed head on their recommendation. I phoned the company, and was told to put in writing, which I did some time ago, included photos. Problem for me is this replacement mattress is now worse than ever, sloped outwards on both sides of the bed with large hump again through the middle section of the mattress. The replacement mattress is now 6 months old. It exacerbates my pain, and comfort is a non event. The person on the other side of the bed certainly is rolling over the edge also. It's as if the mattresses crush on outer sides after a very short time. Very sad about it. With the first one, I followed makers instructions re turning etc to the letter of the law. Unfortunately now my back will not allow the frequent lifting/ turning - and I think it would make absolutely no difference!! Seems like a default problem.

Money well spent – I recently had the misfortune of buying the Moldandgas from a Scandinavian chain. Big mistake. While it was comfortable, it came moldy and smelly. I tried chemical cleaning, vacuuming and ventilation. Give the Swedes a call and you will be listening to funeral-music for 40 minutes before you can talk to an actual person. Mattresses, go on try it. "Hello, Makin Mattresses". It was the delightful and informative Michael on the phone, how do they do it? When I visited he listened to what I wanted, allowed me to try the two mattresses that I had already researched on-line; and you really must go into the store to try them out. Everybody is different. I selected the more expensive one because I could understand why it would have a higher cost of manufacture. You get what you pay for, Plus a bit extra at Makin. While Australian manufacturing is slowly sliding down the toilet, Makin (Australian) is growing and can now be found in every major population centre. Think about it for a moment.

never happen before. Have always been flipping the mattress as recommended in the product disclosure form. Now it is getting worst, me and my wife together weigh less than $130kg. Called the Fyshwick store to get the mattress inspected the person i dealt with was really rude and not helpful at all. Tried explaining him the issue but he did not wanted to listen. Really bad service! My recommendation to new buyers is their mattresses are good quality buy if you want service later on during the warranty period good luck with that. They will not honor their words which is written in the product disclosure form.
