A few years ago I had to return a faulty solar panel to this company. Sent via Courier from SA to VIC at my cost. They denied receiving it... This despite me providing them with the 'signed for' details, provided to me by the courier company. Long story short, I never saw my solar panel again. This is a shonky company, tread carefully.

Frustrated – Called malandy 3 times looking for an email to discuss a faulty unit they gave me address but they do not not work then called and left my number and asked to be called back , still nothing 5 weeks later! Happy to take ya money not happy to discuss when there’s a problem I won’t be back and do not recommend them . Cheers .

200w Solar Blanket – I purchased a 200w Solar Blanket from the Malandy Outdoors stall at a trade show. Price was $399 which I though at the time was about right. I was told by the sales person that if I have any issues to contact them immediately for a warranty claim. When I opened the packaging a few day later to test it all, I noticed that the regulator was damaged. I contacted the store via email attaching a photo and copy of my receipt. 2 weeks later I finally get a reply advising that a new regulator would be sent, 2 weeks further on and no replacement has been received. I also noted that on their website they are offering the same item in store for $100 less!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!
