Terrible customer sevice – As a professional customer service trainer, I was shocked at the lack of care and the disappointing customer service I received from this company. My concerns were dismissed and belittled and in all communication I was treated like I was an annoyance rather than a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with this company. I will not buy from Malawi Cane again.
