had my payment in their account earning interest for 21 days, took $20 out of the refund and I'm out of pocket $20 with no parcel to show for it. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them ever again!!!

On purchasing what was advertised as Ambassador 1000TC Embroidered King Sized sheet set Pearl, would expect the quality to be better. The sheets although a nice colour seem somewhat thin and are quite small in size or skimpy. whereas the fitted sheet is a tight fit and the sides will not tuck and same with the top sheet re limited tuck in , not at all generous. The embroidery must be the plain zigzagging along the hem, not exactly embroidery? The hem not straight to the grain and there is a fold or crease which forms at an angle across the hem. No tag on the sheets but place made was stated on packaging and which I will not support ever again, whether overseas based Australian company or not. Expect better quality for the full price companies are charging for sheets these days! Although these were dicscounted but this should not mean less than quality?

with a pre paid post pack label & I was instructed to send the item back & upon inspection, the item would be replaced. This transaction was completed within 10 days & was delivered to my door, with a brand new Top Sheet, inside the post pack. Immaculate service from a reputable vendor. A very impressive experience.
