Don't buy from them, I think they are crooks anyhow!!! – Bought a few sets of jewellery, knowing I could return unsuitable ones, received acknowledgement when they were received but still waiting for $90+ credit since MAY 2014 and they won't answer any of the calls or my emails. Don't touch them with a barge pole!!!! Shame on you Manfred Rose!!!!

Gorgeous Jewellery very happy – Fast delivery and stunning jewellery, quality was better than I expected after seeing an ad in a bridal magazine. Would buy again and recommend

no delivery, no contact – I have not received my order and it's been 3 weeks since I placed it. I have had no response to emails requesting an update. The Facebook page they list on their website doesn't exist so I can't even shame them. I am so angry - they were advertised in a bridal magazine so was stupid enough to think they were a legitimate business and didn't do enough checking. Do not order from this group.

No product, no refund – Paid for product and asked for reimbursement of promised discount which did not occur at checkout. Have spent weeks chasing a refund, now they no longer respond to anything I send. Never do business with them. I'm going to Office of Fair Trading because they have no business ethics.

Make sure you lodge your PayPal claim promptly – When you don't get your product or your product is inferior quality and need to raise a PayPal dispute, make sure you do it within 45 days of the original transaction. If you wait for them to respond and they drag it out, you will pass the window of opportunity to get a refund and never see your money again!

Didn't ship product, no contact – I didn't receive my product nor any response from the company. Do not buy from Manfred Rose unless you just want to go through the PayPal dispute / claims.

This company is Hollywood style rebranded – Look at all the terrible reviews for Hollywood style jewellery and you will understand why they have renamed themselves to Manfred rose. Clearly they trying dodge all critical comments have received. They have a terrible track record delivering goods after payment and I will not be trusting them again. Suggest you only use if you feel like throwing your money away or getting involved in messy PayPal disputes. untrustworthy, unreliable
