Manjaras

I bought a necklace that looks nothing like what was advertised. This is misrepresentation and I am seeking a full refund. Manjaras only want to refund 30% because I tried it on. I have attached the advertised product and the necklace i was sent. Manjaras has disabled consumer comments on social media so we can't warn others. I have contacted the Fair Trade Ombudsman.

I ordered 6 pieces on their website, it says tarnish resist stainless steel jewellery that can be worn every day. I choose a few necklaces and 2 rings. They were apparently 70% off so most in the sale were $21 a piece so no I didn’t have any huge expectations. I did think it would be standard chain store quality like Lovisa for example. Oh boy it wasn’t! I did question myself when -aging as they don’t take PayPal and that normally a re flag and I should have taken notice as not only did they sent junk like the kind that’s $3 at Kmart but it’s hard to return and even harder to get your money back. Be warned just don’t buy it. I will attach a photo of one for example with the website photo and what actually arrived
