Worst builder – Signed contract 8 months ago after seeing they have builded my friends house. These guy's use low quality trades. My friends house got completed 8 months ago and defects are still outstanding. These guys wants to get defects fixed by tradies for free. They do not have any budget for defects. Everytime they will send someone to look snd never finishes the defects (as described by my friend). These guys are money hungry and will do anything to get your business and then will show their real colour. They use really novice supervisors as well.
